Jan 14th Results

Well, I feel bad posting it, but here it is:



The chart represents an objective, goal-based change in weight.

The reason I feel bad posting it: some people, (::cough cough::), didn't weigh in - Ben's weight moved opposite of the intended direction, and I know that this week I probably will have moved in the wrong direction myself.

If you want to see more data, weigh in folks! Let's see how fat we all are!

Ben - 150

Weighed myself again today and I have lost a pound since last week.... Eating 3500 calories and 240 grams of protein a day I fail to see how. Starting steroids tomorrow.....

Everybody Likes Pie

If you look at it this way...



We all kinda look close to each others' weights. (Except for Ben, that skinny fuck.)

But maybe I'm only seeing it this way so as to console myself for the Pizza Hut buffet I had for lunch. Yes, I gained 0.2 pounds yesterday, but every man has his weakness. And this was mine.



So get me this week's weights, you sickly bastards!

Lets Get It Started

We aren't getting any skinnier, people. (Well, Ben is, but that's a different story.)

This was supposed to be the first weigh-in week, so I need to get everyone's weights in. So to get started, I need each of you to get your starting weight posted as a comment to this post, before 8 a.m. on Wednesday morning. (If you weighed yourself today on Monday, or yesterday on Sunday, weigh again, because we need to be in sync.)

It's going to be rough dire straights for some of us, but I'm good at crunching numbers and looking forward to illustrating that Ben's weight-gain goal isn't an easy way/weigh out. I'm also wondering how much muscle JB and Brandon will be losing...
