Jan 14th Weigh in

Ben - 150

Weighed myself again today and I have lost a pound since last week.... Eating 3500 calories and 240 grams of protein a day I fail to see how. Starting steroids tomorrow.....

    Maybe Ben should try bread and eggs? Super cheap and high in calories? Or hell - combine them - french toast!

    Oh how I envy thee.
